Welcome to JomWin33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and JomWin33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the JomWin33 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer account features (collectively, "the Platform" or "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on JomWin33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as by our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

JomWin33 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform directed at adult players in markets where such activity is lawful. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is legal under the laws of their jurisdiction. JomWin33 does not warrant that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on JomWin33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. JomWin33 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino gambling and sports betting activity on the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering solely for personal, non-commercial use.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time of use.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling service, whether through JomWin33 or another operator's self-exclusion programme.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of JomWin33, any affiliated entity, or any game studio supplying content to the Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account with JomWin33 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

JomWin33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure in cases of suspected ineligibility.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account with JomWin33. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to notify JomWin33 promptly of any changes to this information.

JomWin33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following documents may be requested at registration or prior to any withdrawal being processed:

• A clear, valid copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport (for identity verification).
• A recent bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence (issued within the past three months) showing your full name and residential address (for address verification).
• Proof of payment method — for example, a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or online banking account showing your registered name, for deposit or withdrawal method verification.

JomWin33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM20. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your Account tier and the applicable payment method limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. JomWin33 reserves the right to return any funds received from an unverified or third-party source and to suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification to JomWin33's satisfaction.
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirement attached to the funds being withdrawn.
• Withdrawal to a payment method registered in the Account holder's name matching KYC records.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 per transaction (unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods).

JomWin33 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms detailed on the relevant promotion page, which shall be read in conjunction with these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses offered on JomWin33:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and above only.
• Each Welcome Bonus offer may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute at 100%; live dealer table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate, as detailed per promotion.
• JomWin33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so — including but not limited to technical errors, suspected abuse, or regulatory requirements.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All casino games offered on the JomWin33 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities and are subject to the rules of each respective game title as displayed within the game interface. Game-specific rules are available within the relevant game's help or information section.

For sports betting markets, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted in MYR and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed, unless a palpable error in the displayed odds is identified, in which case JomWin33 reserves the right to settle bets at the corrected odds or to void them.
• A "palpable error" is defined as an odds error that is clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market for the event in question.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. JomWin33 is not responsible for any latency or connectivity issues that affect your ability to place or modify live bets.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, and Account tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JomWin33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other unauthorised technology to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who identifies such a vulnerability must report it to JomWin33 immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other means to circumvent geographical restrictions or to conceal your true location.
• Creating or operating more than one Account with JomWin33, or registering under a false identity.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using JomWin33 for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive conduct, or threatening behaviour toward JomWin33 staff or other users.

All content on the JomWin33 Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of JomWin33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any content; (b) modify or create derivative works; (c) use any content for commercial purposes; or (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform.

JomWin33 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal information provided by Users is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

JomWin33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be regarded as a means of generating income, solving financial difficulties, or a substitute for professional or psychological support.

JomWin33 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Optional notifications displaying your net profit/loss position at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (24 hours to six months) or permanent closure of your Account. During any self-exclusion period, JomWin33 will block access to the Platform and cease all marketing communications to you.

JomWin33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached these Terms or any applicable promotional terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes.
• False or misleading information was provided at registration or during KYC.
• The Account holder is ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate such action.

Upon permanent closure of an Account by JomWin33 for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigations.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures are subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets and clearance of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JomWin33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however arising and whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

JomWin33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control does not entitle you to any compensation.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by JomWin33's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

JomWin33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. In cases of minor amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which JomWin33 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, to be agreed between the parties or otherwise determined by the arbitration body.

Players are reminded that they access JomWin33 at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to them in their local jurisdiction, including Malaysian laws relating to online gambling.

JomWin33 aims to acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter through the arbitration process described in Section 15.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026 (Version 3.1). All previous versions of these Terms are superseded by this document.
